Early Enrollment is the period from May 20, 2026 – July 31, 2026 where we are initially launching Proximity and continuing to build out features. By requesting an account before 11:59pm Eastern US time on July 31, 2026 you’ll lock in a 50% discount on the standard subscription fees for the first 3 months of your Proximity Subscription.

Proximity works best on Chrome via PC or Mac. We also offer a Chrome-based application that can be downloaded to make the experience more seamless.

While Proximity works best via desktop on PC or Mac, it will also work on mobile devices via the Chrome browser. Please be patient, we are working to increase the speed of our mobile functionality and expand the feature set.

If you would like to host a meeting, workshop or event in Proximity and need to use a larger workspace than is available under your plan we have you covered.

You can access an X-Large workspace (cap of 200 participants) for the daily rate of $125 USD. Should you require something even larger, please let us know, and we’ll assist you further. For these adjustments, please contact us and someone will be in touch right away.

At this time we offer a 15-day trial for Small workspaces for only $1.00. Request a trial account and you’ll have the chance to explore our features and determine if Proximity is the right fit for your needs.

No. At this time Proximity does not offer annual subscription plans.

Yes, you can change the layout of your workspace after subscribing – choosing from our catalog of workspace layouts.

If you need to upgrade to a larger workspace, we’d be happy to support you. Switching plans is straightforward. If you find that your current plan no longer suits your needs, simply contact support. Our team will work with you to upgrade or downgrade your workspace size as needed.

Our practice is not to block anybody from coming in. We understand that sometimes, the number of participants may exceed your expectations. However, for the best experience, we recommend accommodating the right number of people that fit in the chosen space. This ensures that all participants can engage effectively and enjoy the full benefits of Proximity’s collaborative environment.

Workspaces who consistently exceed their workspace capacity will be offered an opportunity to upgrade their subscription.
